In this second World War I tale (after A Name Unknown), expert thief and violin prodigy Willa Forsyth is asked to retrieve a cypher belonging to the cryptologist father of famous Welsh violinist Lukas De Wilde. When Lukas's mother and sister disappear amid the chaos of the German invasion of Belgium, Lukas fears that he will be forced to aid Germany to rescue his family. Unfortunately, if Willa fails, her family will be at greater risk. A beautifully written romance with plenty of suspense.
