This small socio-futurological study provides a short history of how one (far from the most developed) state not only managed to get out of the protracted crisis and solve long-standing problems (exacerbated against the background of "COVID-19"), but was also able to make a breakthrough in its political, economic and social (in general - "civilizational") development, having overtaken other (seemingly more prosperous) countries in many respects.
The piquancy of the situation lies in the fact that such a "miracle" did not require any "superpower" or "super knowledge". Even the experts from the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund were not needed, although they again really wanted to help (as they have always done over the past forty years).
It turned out that the modern level of development (scientific, technological, cultural) of human civilization quite allows already to successfully solve most of the chronic social problems - if only you really want to do it and are ready to free yourself from the burden of long-obsolete political dogmas rooted in the dense Middle Ages.
The events outlined in the book may be of practical interest to concerned readers around the world, because the reforms that helped the country named on the cover quickly and effectively solve most of its problems may well be suitable for many other countries experiencing similar difficulties.
