本书系统梳理了校园欺凌的理论解释,从心理学、社会学、人类学等不同视角,对现有的校园欺凌理论进行了总结与评价,为今后的校园欺凌现象研究提供了理论框架;对现有的校园欺凌干预课程进行了总结,并重点分析了校园欺凌干预课程的具体过程和实际操作,为后期新的课程干预方案提供了借鉴;通过大规模调查初步获得了校园欺凌的内涵,以及校园欺凌者的认知加工特点;对媒体因素、班级环境、家庭教养、个体心理在校园欺凌中的作用进行了模型建构,并建构了纵向数据库,对变量之间的内在联系进行了更细致的分析;对校园欺凌旁观者群体进行了系统研究,总结分析了不同旁观者角色的预测因素以及不同旁观者角色的发展特点;研发了校园欺凌的系列干预课程,该课程可以面向城市普通中学、重点中学,以及乡镇中学实施。
