唐僧师徒途经驼罗庄，此地有条大蛇成精，眼如明灯，奇大无比，常常吃掉庄上的牛羊鸡鹅，为害一方。

庄民们请了好几个法师，都被大蛇打败了。

悟空带着八戒一起去降妖。大蛇张口要吞八戒，悟空趁机跳进大蛇口中，穿破了大蛇肚子。

庄上乡民见大蛇死了，欢喜不已，敲锣打鼓欢送唐僧师徒。

驼罗庄的西边有座七绝山，因为山上积累了多年的烂柿子，又臭又脏，所以无法通过。

八戒吃了驼罗庄乡民们送来的米饭干粮，变作一头大猪，拱开了烂柿子路。

师徒们终于过了七绝山。
